About the team:
The Turbonomic Engineering team is responsible for accelerating the delivery of new upcoming features that will be used by Fortune 500 companies across the globe. This autonomous organization collaborates closely with product management and the rest of R&D in small scrum teams with the opportunity to rotate across a variety of feature-specific teams - so you'll get to touch almost every aspect of our platform if you choose. Our engineering team is led by our founder, Shmuel Kliger (who previously founded and sold SMARTS to EMC), and many other PhD engineers who are always willing to mentor, teach and learn from you as we develop our skills together.
As part of our engineering team you will design and build some of the most integral parts for the Turbonomic Platform which is the control system making application workloads SMART (self-managing and in real-time through A.I) and manages complex infrastructure.
On this team, you’ll get to continuously learn about cutting edge technologies, since our platform is tech-agnostic, integrating with the platforms and technologies our customers adopt over time. We also offer the exciting opportunity to test new ideas and contribute patents (we currently have 10 patents with 6 more pending – all from employees). You’ll get to see the direct results of your work running at scale across top enterprise clients within a matter of months through each new release we make, giving you plenty of opportunity for impact.
