We are looking for an experienced Support Engineer to handle Level 2 and 3 support issues across our platform and to liaise with our client base who sit across Finance, Automotive, Ecommerce, Insurance and Technology. Collaborating closely with our development and wider engineering team you'll join a company revolutionising operations technology.

The role:

  • Manage status meetings with customers to review all their open or escalated issues.
  • Analyze complex customer issues and provide guidance and step-by-step documentation on resolving them or escalating them if needed.
  • Implement projects supporting engineering activities
  • Work with our Technical Services team to ensure speedy resolution of client issues.
  • Develop and hone your skills with a collaborative and dynamic team.
  • What we're looking for:

  • 5+ years experience in a customer supporting role.
  • Strong Linux / Unix knowledge.
  • Basic System Admin experience.
  • Able to write SQL and understand relational databases (specifically MySQL)
  • You enjoy being in a fast paced environment.
  • Ability to operate autonomously and willing to take the initiative.
  • Passion for what you do.
  • Appetite for learning.
  • Advantageous Skills:
  • Java
  • Nginx, Apache Tomcat, ElasticSearch, RabbitMQ, REST, JSON, TCP/IP Networking, JavaJVM, and OpenSSH.
  • Exposure to Cloud technologies (AWS / Azure / GCP).
  • Prior experience of working on a fault / event management product.
